When I was looking for a program to learn graphics in Israel in English - it was just by chance that someone I happened to mention it to thought she knew someone who might know something but she wasn't sure and she didn't know that persons phone number...and then I started noticing more messages on listservs asking if anyone knew how to get in touch with this program or that program. How nice it would be to have it all in one place, I thought. I hope you think so too and find the site to be helpful.
